The First Aid at Work (FAW) course is the most comprehensive first aid training for the workplace. It covers various CPR and first aid skills and equips first aiders with the knowledge to apply first aid to specific injuries and illnesses. This 3-day qualification can be taught with a blended learning of 2-days in personal with aditional learning done through our online portal.
The First Aid at Work course is suitable for all industries and enables employers to meet HSE and HSENI requirements. After completing an RLSS UK FAW course, candidates receive a Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification.
Candidates must be a minimum of 16-years-old at the time of taking the First Aid at Work assessment, and no prior first aid knowledge is required.
Candidates must be able to kneel on the floor and perfom CPR for 2 minute.
The RLSS UK First Aid at Work qualification is trainer assessed throughout the course. The First Aid at Work course assessment determines a learner’s ability to act safely, promptly, and effectively when an emergency occurs in the workplace and to deal with a casualty. All assessment criteria must be achieved to pass a First Aid at Work course.
