Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) provides employers and your staff with the skills to reduce the risks and dangers in your workplace – because a safe working environment is a basic right for all workers and a responsibility for all employers.
The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification is suitable for all industries and enables employers to meet HSE and HSENI requirements.
Candidates must be a minimum of 16-years-old at the time of taking the First Aid at Work assessment, and no prior first aid knowledge is required.
Candidates must be able to kneel on the floor and perfom CPR for 2 minute.
The RLSS UK First Aid at Work qualification is trainer assessed throughout the course. The Emergency First Aid at Work course assessment determines a learner’s ability to act safely, promptly, and effectively when an emergency occurs in the workplace and to deal with a casualty. All assessment criteria must be achieved to pass a Emergency First Aid at Work course.
